Paul was a unique Engineer, a great guy and a good person to have as a friend.
Whenever we all got together for a beer and a catch up, even after not seeing each other for months/years, Paul always had a big smile on his face, and was full of enthusiasm, just like when I first met him in 1989 and this will always be my image of Paul.
All our Love and thoughts to Paul's family and especially to Coral (and the boys) .

Such a shame. A top bloke taken far too early. I have fond memories of "Ev's" from the years I
worked with him. He was known at work as "Maverick" due to his less than conventional
engineering methods. That was Paul though, he did his own thing and it worked (well mostly). I
guy who was always happy, who seemed to have a permanent grin and loved life just for living
it. The world is a much poorer place without "Ev's" in it. Thanks for the laughs and good times
buddy, you'll be missed. Smiffy.

I remember one Christmas when Coral & Paul hosted the Reeves family. We were allocated a comfy sofa bed in Paul's office room.
I remember a wall full of books with a variety of subjects; some travel, many technical... & then by contrast, filling the length of the top shelf was a row of Punky Penguins. Paul happily regaled the tale of his friends and the penguin shaped pots full of vanilla ice cream.
